My favorite type of headline that will always work is the “How To” Headline…Its just pure magic wherever you put it! Another one of my favorites is the “testimonial headline”. I like it alot because your customer does the selling for you with social proof. Just use their words, don’t polish it and keep it in conversational tone and you got yourself a winner.

You probably saying, “that’s great and all but how can I write a good headline?”

Well, here are my 4 U’s I use when writing headlines:

1. Make sure it’s Urgent…Give the reader a reason to act now and not later…Limited Time offer’s work great!
2. Keep It Unique and specific so they know exactly what your doing
3. Ultra-Specific-This teases the reader into reading further Exp: “What never to eat in China…”
4. UseFull, it appeals to the readers self interest by offering a huge benefit…

Go through these with all of your headline’s and just rate yourself on each. This little exercise will increase your opt-ins and conversions substantially with little effort…
